boop” to yourself
4) Always think of positive outcomes of
possibly negative situations
5) Think of turtles doing rap battles
6) Think of your favorite foods
7) Eat happy foods (yellow foods)
8) Do a good deed. It will make you
smile, at the very least
9) Invite your best friend over
10) If you’re having a bad day, just remember
tomorrow is a new day, a clean slate.
11) LAUGH AS LOUDLY AND FORCEFULLY AS YOU
CAN EVEN IF THERE IS NOTHING FUNNY HAPPENING
12) Sing a happy song
13) Be grateful for all you have
14) Last, but certainly not least, smile
